The other splice pack is located on the passenger inner fender behind the air cleaner. Look straight down between the air cleaner housing and the fender.There should be 12 volts on that wire whenever the key is "on". The ground for the blower motor is an Orange wire that goes to the resistor module for fan speeds 1-2-3. The Orange wire also goes to the fans switch for "high" speed, which bypasses the resistor module. From the fan switch to the ground splice pack, the ground wire is Black.blower motor issue.
